Individualized Session: Speech/Language Therapy, Orofacial Myology, Feeding
This service includes direct therapy with the client as well as client/family education to help carryover therapy objectives into daily activites. It also includes treatment planning, material selection, and documentation.

Initial Formal Evaluation:
Speech/Language Therapy, Orofacial Myology, Feeding
This service includes up to 2 hours of evaluation for speech, language, feeding, and/or orofacial myology concerns. This also includes 2 hours of analysis and report writing. A comprehensive evaluation report will be provided along with a detailed treatment plan.
$350 (2 hour direct contact & 2 hour analysis/report writing)
Consultation / Screening:
Speech/Language Therapy, Orofacial Myology, Feeding
This service is an informal consultation with a Foundations Speech Pathologist to discuss concerns and screen speech and language skills and/or orofacial myofunctional needs. Most consults will be conducted in order to determine the need for a complete evaluation and/or ongoing treatment. Strategies will be provided that can be used at home when ongoing treatment is not warranted. No written report will be provided.
$115 (1 hour)
Early Feeding Consultations: (6 months – 18 months)
This service includes an informal consultation to discuss transitioning to solids, safe feeding strategies, and ways to optimize oral function. Discussion of strategies and feeding/mouthing product recommendations will be provided, such as optimal cups and utensils. No written report will be provided.

Skype/Facetime evaluation:
(1 hour) or treatment (30 min)
Only some clients will be eligible for this service, depending on the type of diagnosis or service needed. Some treatment techniques can only be done in person. A short report will be provided for evaluations.
