Owner, Speech Language Pathologist
Tammy Grass, M. Ed., CCC-SLP
Tammy has been practicing speech pathology since 2010. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master's degree from North Carolina Central University in Speech Language Pathology. She has worked in a variety of settings and with all ages, but specializes in play based early intervention therapy, optimizing oral function in children and adults, tongue tie( ankyloglossia), feeding, and phonological disorders. She is passionate about using a whole person approach, starting with the biological foundations of speech and language, and collaborating with other professionals to achieve optimal results for her patients.
Blindness & Low Vision Specialist
Grace Fontanez, M.S.
Grace has been working in the field of blindness and low vision since 2010. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University in Integrative Arts, a Master’s degree from Salus University in Vision Rehabilitation Therapy, and a certification in Low Vision Therapy and Orientation and Mobility. Grace has worked in a number of settings with both children and adults. She specializes in assessing functional vision, and providing instruction and rehabilitation in visual efficiency skills, mobility, and activities of daily living. This includes the use of optical devices, a mobility cane, adaptive devices and technology. Grace enjoys working together with other health professionals to improve the quality of their service to patients with low vision. She works together with our therapists to provide guidance during therapy for our patients with visual needs. Grace is also available for orientation and mobility and low vision therapy. She also serves as Business Manager at Foundations Speech. She lives in State College, PA with her husband, daughter, and fur baby.
Billing Specialist/ Practice Manager
Robin Dunbar
Robin is a billing specialist and practice manager. She graduated from Cape Fear Community College with a degree in Applied Science for Medical Office Administration. She holds a Medical Billing Certification through AAPC. After graduating she began working in pediatric habilitative clinics and fell in love with the environment and joy of helping families receive services. As a mother of two small children, one of whom is on the Autism Spectrum, she understands the importance of having developmental services.
Translator/Interpreter and Office Assistant
Jarek Bytomski
Jarek graduated from North Carolina State University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature with a concentration in the Spanish language. He enjoys helping children whose native language is Spanish and assisting them in communicating with others when there is a language barrier. He is knowledgeable about the Spanish language and the culture surrounding many Spanish-speaking countries throughout the world, and enjoys getting to use this knowledge when he has the opportunity. In his past job positions, Jarek has interpreted and translated for customers, employees, and Spanish-speaking families. He is looking forward to working with Spanish-speaking children and helping them in every way that he can. During his free time, he enjoys learning other foreign languages and spending time with his family and his dog, Roo.
